Before dispatching, we carefully and thoroughly inspect the product. In any case you are not satisfied with the quality of the item then you can ask for exchange or return of item. We accept exchange or return according to following terms:
When you receive item, please carefully check stitching and size, if you found any design, stitching or size issue, please take high resolution images of faulted area and pack jacket as it is.
Send us details and proved images of faulted area to review your case and get it resolve.
The returned item must be in its original packing and condition along with the tags attached
We strongly recommend you to make sure selected size perfectly fits you. If you return the item on the basis of size issue, we will not accept any return or exchange, but if you found wrong measurements comparing our size charts.
Products that have been stitched based on custom instructions will not be returnable or exchangeable.
If quantity of the same product is more than 1 then we will not accept return or exchange.
Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
Returned Item shipped back via same courier service is preferred, or your selected courier must be providing tracking number to track item.
Please note that we will return 100% jacket cost but any other charges including shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs, charges for any customization etc, any shipping charges you have to pay yourself to sending item back also any fee applied by PayPal, 2CO etc will be paid from returned amount.
We will refund money within 15 days after receiving returned item, please note that we can refund via same payment method used to purchase item or any alternative payment method.

We charge flat shipping rate for all of our products i.e. $0 for 1st item and each extra item will get discount of $0.
In a specific case of unavailability of all of above given courier service, we may choose any other available courier service, but we will not charge any extra charges.
